Our peripheral district of Berlin has many green spots and the city structure is very heterogeneous.It varies from block buildings out oft he 1920s and 1930s to apartment buildings out of the 1990s to modern detached houses and villas. The development of the residential estate „Biesdorf” already shows that it will not be an insiders’ tip any longer. Especially since the IGA Berlin 2017 (international garden exhibition) opened its gates in April within our immediate neighborhood, further impulse are about to come. Reaching the city center in 20 minutes is another big plus.
